Acceptance of Terms. By using https://moderntouchconstructionky.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Services. Modern Touch Construction provides Custom Kitchens, Master Bathroom Remodeling, Drywall Services, Flooring Installation, Roof Repair and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://moderntouchconstructionky.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Modern Touch Construction or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Modern Touch Construction may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Modern Touch Construction does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Modern Touch Construction's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Modern Touch Construction from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under KY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in KY for any related dispute.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
